How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check your order’s progress.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order as long as it has not yet been shipped?
We aim to ship orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments and refunds are processed in the currency of the purchase. We accept:
- Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard)
- PayPal
- Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Online Transfers (SOFORT)

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most collection items won’t be restocked, but 595 products are regularly replenished. To stay updated, subscribe to our newsletter or WhatsApp channel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What are the refund guidelines?
Items purchased online can be returned to us within 14 days. To make a return, please write us here.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original 595 tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
The cost and risk of returning items are the sender’s responsibility, so please keep proof of return until your refund or exchange is processed.

When will I receive my refund?
Once our quality team confirms that returned items meet our standards, a refund will be processed within 10–15 days through your original payment method. Delivery costs are not refunded.
Any orders paid with a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit will be refunded as store credit.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or arrives damaged?
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at fiveninefive.studio@outlook.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll respond promptly to help resolve it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What if my order wasn’t fully delivered?
Please reach out to fiveninefive.studio@outlook.com and include photos of the shipping carton. We’ll address your issue as soon as possible.
What does it mean if my shipment tracking says “announced electronically”?
This status means your order is packed and ready but either hasn’t been picked up yet or hasn’t been scanned by the shipping provider. This typically updates within 1–2 days. If it hasn’t updated, please contact us.
Why isn’t my shipment tracking status updating?
Tracking updates can take 1–2 days. If it hasn’t updated in over 3 days, the parcel may have been delayed or misplaced by the shipping provider. In such cases, we’ll investigate to locate the package. Most parcels are found and delivered, but please contact us for assistance.
