How to return items

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Write us here and provide  Your Order Number and E-Mail Address.

Please note the following requirements:

  • The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. SHIP YOUR ITEMS

Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, making sure all tags and labels remain attached. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using DHL for shipping.

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once our quality team confirms that returned items meet our standards, a refund will be processed within 10–15 days through your original payment method. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Any orders paid with a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
